Bespoke Service
I work with a small set of valuable clients. By keeping my business small and manageable, I can invest more time in getting to know each client personally and offer a truly bespoke service, suited to your dogs every need. Does your dog enjoy off lead exploration? Excellent, I can walk them in Tatton Park, where there is plenty of woodland and grassy areas to explore. Is your dog reactive? Perhaps a quieter route would suit them better while we work on this.

Transparency
I aim to provide a transparent account of your dogs time while in my care, to give you an honest review of where they have been, what they've been up to and how their training is going. If you are one of my dog walking clients, you will receive regular photos and videos while your dog is in my care so that you can keep up to date with their adventures and be informed of any important changes. If you are one of my dog training clients, you will receive notes after every session to aid your understanding of what was discussed.
Positive Reinforcement based Training
I operate under a strictly positive reinforcement, force-free service. I am committed to treating each animal with care and never use punishment nor adversive tools to 'fix' behaviour. The overall welfare of your dog while in my care is paramount.
