These terms and conditions apply to all dog training sessions. Please note that booking and/or engaging in our services implies full agreement with these terms and conditions. 

Training Techniques

Five Senses Dog Training use force-free training methods and agree to treat each dog fairly and with kindness, respecting their individual needs. Clients must respect training advice given surrounding the welfare of their dog and actively avoid using any aversive methods of training.


If you have concerns about your dog’s behaviour towards other people, dogs, or animals, please inform me prior to our session. I am not responsible for any dog acting aggressively if this was not disclosed prior to booking.


When engaging with our training sessions, please ensure your dog has a secure, well-fitted collar with an ID tag, and a regular lead. You may also wish to use a harness and/or a head collar. 

By working with us, you agree to avoid using any training tool which can cause pain, discomfort or bruising  to your dog including prong collars, choke chains and slip leads. We also do not advise the use of extendable leads due to the injuries these can cause.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made 24 hours in advance of any pre-arranged session. 

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel at any point. There is no charge for cancelling when given 24 hours' notice. Cancellation on the day incurs a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before will be charged at the full rate. No refunds are given for services already provided. 

In the event that we have to cancel a session with you due to unforeseen circumstances/adverse weather conditions/illness or otherwise, your session will be rescheduled to another mutually convenient time. If not possible, a refund will be issued for the cost of the session. 

Health and Vaccination

Please ensure your dogs vaccinations, worming and flee treatment are up to date. Puppies should not be brought to Puppy Classes until fully vaccinated; proof of vaccination may be required on arrival. It is the handler’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is appropriately protected against the risk of disease; Five Senses Dog Training accepts no responsibility for the potential or actual exposure of dogs to disease.

Please advise me prior to the session if your dog is unwell. Depending on the issue, it may be advisable to cancel or rearrange the session. Please do not bring your dog to class if they have been in contact with an infectious disease, such as Kennel Cough or Conjunctivitis. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies. 

Social Media

We love to share photos of your gorgeous dogs on social media. If, however, you do not want your dog to be photographed/videoed, please specify this ahead of the session. 


Five Senses Dog Training website and its content, including without limitation the design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website and its services, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and legislation. In accessing the website you agree to access the contents solely for personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.

Videos and reports sent to you by your trainer may be downloaded for personal use. These must not be shared or reproduced without written consent from Five Senses Dog Training.

UK Delivery Only

We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. 


If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery date. 

To return your order please contact us and we will provide you with the return address. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your product. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.  

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended that you use tracked delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return. 


After your order has been placed, we can cancel it before it has been dispatched and refund you. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account. After your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, however you can always return it to us once you have received it. 


We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our collars as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
